Enterprise Sales & Strategic Partnerships

Array and the Business of Becoming Worth Checking

Credit visibility, identity protection, and financial wellness give consumers a reason to return when no payment is due and no transaction is pending. I build the research-driven partnerships and enterprise sales motion that turns complex financial technology into engagement, retention, and revenue.

A hunter who translates technical platforms into executive value

Array needs someone who can identify buyers, develop the account, translate the technology, and create revenue — not someone who admires the product from the outside. That's the role I've played at every stage of my career.

Full-Cycle Execution

Maintained an approximately 25% close rate across a high-volume SaaS sales motion averaging 80 scheduled executive conversations per month — prospecting through close, with direct ownership of conversion.

Commercial Translation

I turn embedded technical capability into the language a bank or brand executive actually buys in: engagement lift, non-interest revenue, retention.

Ecosystem Thinking

I map markets, stakeholders, incentives, and operational dependencies before building a sales motion — then build positioning and outreach from that evidence, not assumptions.

Partnership Development

I build relationships around mutual leverage and measurable client value—aligning revenue growth with adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention rather than treating the signature as the finish line.

Helping a bank, fintech, or digital brand own the engagement loop

The opportunity isn't simply embedding another financial tool. It's helping a partner own the reason a consumer comes back.

Array brings credit visibility, identity and privacy protection, and monetization directly into a partner's own branded experience. That creates more frequent reasons to return, a stronger relationship, and new revenue, without surrendering the interaction to a third-party app.

Acquire Enroll Engage Protect Monetize Retain

Retention feeds acquisition — a partner that keeps consumers engaged has a stronger story for winning the next one.

Three buyers, three different sales motions

Digital brands, financial institutions, and fintechs don't buy the same way, don't budget the same way, and don't measure success the same way — even when they're buying the same product.

Different operating challenge. Same commercial discipline. At Bank Up, the hard problems lived downstream of the transaction — reconciliation, exception handling, treasury workflows. At Array, they live downstream of enrollment: activation, engagement, and monetization without eroding the trust that got someone to sign up in the first place.

Digital Brands — Engagement & Retention

Fast-moving, growth-team driven, want proof of stickiness before they'll commit shelf space in their app.

Financial Institutions — Trust & Relationship Economics

Longer, committee-based cycles where trust, compliance, and integration effort matter as much as non-interest revenue and member retention.

Fintechs — Speed & Product Differentiation

API-first, want to ship fast, and expect a partner that can move at their pace while still helping them stand out on monetization and retention.

Event-Led Account Development

The conference is where the meeting happens—not where the relationship begins. I select priority accounts, research and warm the right stakeholders beforehand, and arrive with strategic conversations already in motion.

What the research reveals

Engagement Before Urgency

Credit visibility, identity protection, and financial wellness create reasons for consumers to return before a payment, application, or financial problem demands their attention.

Distribution Is the Multiplier

White-labeled products and digital-banking integrations allow financial institutions, fintechs, and digital brands to strengthen their own customer relationships while Array supplies the underlying capabilities.

Trust Governs Monetization

Offers and financial insights create revenue only when they remain relevant, useful, and consistent with the trust that brought the consumer into the experience.

The Sales Implication

The buyer case must connect Array's technology to measurable activation, repeat engagement, retention, and revenue—not merely successful deployment.

Understand the business before attempting to optimize it

Days 1–30

Learn & Segment

  • Learn Array's ICP, buyer types, and competitive positioning across digital brands, FIs, and fintechs.
  • Build a named-account list segmented by strategic fit, deal size, and urgency.
  • Form initial buyer hypotheses per segment — is the driver engagement, revenue, or retention?
Days 31–60

Qualify & Position

  • Run discovery calls against the named-account list to validate or kill each hypothesis.
  • Partner with Sales leadership, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to build segment-specific value narratives grounded in client needs, deployment feasibility, and commercial value.
  • Launch a research-driven outbound sequence into the highest-priority accounts.
  • Build pre-event account plans around relevant conferences and association meetings—prioritizing attendees, warming key stakeholders, and scheduling targeted conversations before arrival.
Days 61–90

Convert & Expand

  • Activate targeted outbound campaigns across prioritized FI, fintech, and digital-brand accounts.
  • Convert discovery into qualified opportunities, multithreaded buying groups, and compelling proposals that connect client needs to measurable engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes.
  • Establish pipeline reporting by segment, buyer, deployment model, deal stage, and projected revenue.

I know how to identify buyers, develop the account, translate the technology, and create revenue.

That's what I'd bring to Array: the ability to turn a complex platform into a clear buyer case, a qualified pipeline, and closed revenue.
